To address the needs of our communities and support social distancing we are asking donors to support our initiatives.

We understand the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the affects it may be causing. That’s why we are doing everything we can to support individuals while remaining dedicated and responsive to their needs. While we continue to monitor the situation our commitment is to connect those seeking assistance with individuals who have lived, mentoring, and peer support experience.

Our contribution is providing support through the expansion of TeleCafé, an online community of support groups connecting individuals experiencing similar thoughts, emotions, and circumstances.

With your donation we can and will play a vital role in society while providing relief to individuals and families struggling with mental health.

  • Supporting today’s youth means showing up with empathy, patience, and a willingness to listen without judgment. Many young people are navigating challenges that aren’t always visible (stress, uncertainty, limited resources, or feeling unheard) and even small acts of support can make a difference. Offer encouragement, create safe spaces for honest conversations, and remind them they are valued and capable. When we invest our time, compassion, and belief in young people, we help them build confidence, resilience, and hope for their future.
